I have been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years, helping people to achieve their goals, such as toning, weight loss, improving fitness, strength & conditioning
and sports specific performance.
When I'm not in my gym, I can be found sprinting at the track and regularly compete at masters athletics competitons.
With Personal Bests of 7.05 for 60m, 11.2 seconds for 100m and 23.1 seconds for 200m.
